The Project
Our Charge
Based on a professional architectural assessment completed in March 2023 by Barba + Wheelock, the UMaine ATO House requires 1M-$1.4M of investment over the next 5-10 years to maintain into the future.
The House has stood strong for nearly a century, but time and the elements have taken their toll. In order to preserve our historic home and ensure it remains a safe, welcoming place for future generations, we must address critical repairs and upgrades. Our comprehensive project plan focuses on protecting the structural integrity of the building, improving safety, and investing in the spaces that make the House the heart of Beta Upsilon. Below is a breakdown of the costs and phases necessary to bring this vision to life.
